Terms & Conditions
We are a small family business and we apologise if any of the conditions offend, but due to a small minority we find ourselves in a position where we have to protect ourselves and our business, we hope you understand and we thank you for your stay.
Deposits
We require the first nights payment as a deposit to secure your room.
Check In/Out
Check in times are 2pm till 8pm (without prior arrangement). Check out is at 10am on date of departure.
Group Bookings
Strictly NO same sex bookings this includes stag, hen, birthday or any other occasion. If you are found to be splitting the group down and making several bookings or misleading us when the booking is made, we reserve that right to refuse your accommodation with no return of any funds paid.
Cancellations
In the event of you having to cancel your stay with us, we require 7 days notice for you to be able to get a refund. Less than 7 days notice no refund will be issued.
Zero tolerance policy
We hold a zero tolerance policy to threats, violence, abuse or theft and will contact the police and prosecute with no exceptions.
Smoking
This establishment is strictly no smoking throughout the whole building. If found smoking day/night you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund, further charges may be required for any damage or loss of business.
Take away food
We ask guests not to consume takeaway food in their rooms due to the stains and odours that are left. We find the stains very difficult to remove and we have had to dispose of bedding, so we have had to enforce this rule.
Damages
We ask all guest to report any damages or problems that may occur, however all costs must be covered.
Parking
Upon arrival you will be issued with the correct permit/disc to cover your stay with us. We will not be liable for any charges occurred.
